RepReady Privacy Policy

Summary

RepReady is a strength training planner. Everything you create inside the app — workouts, gyms, exercise history, settings — is stored on your device. RepReady has no backend server. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

Optional cross-device sync uses Apple iCloud through a private CloudKit container tied to your Apple ID. Your data stays inside Apple's encrypted infrastructure. Zen Mind Studio cannot read, access, or recover it.

What we collect

Nothing. RepReady does not collect personal data.

• No account, email, phone number, or sign-in is required.
• No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting SDKs are bundled.
• No advertising or tracking identifiers are read or transmitted.
• No third-party SDKs of any kind are integrated.
• No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data is requested.

What stays on your device

The following data is created by you and stored locally inside RepReady's app sandbox on your iPhone or iPad:

• Profile values you enter during onboarding (e.g. training goal, experience level).
• Gyms and equipment you configure.
• Planned and completed workouts, sets, reps, and weights.
• App preferences (units, methodology choice, etc.).

This data is not visible to other apps, is removed when you uninstall RepReady, and never leaves your device unless iCloud sync is enabled.

iCloud sync

If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled, RepReady uses Apple's private CloudKit database to sync your data between your Apple devices. This is provided by Apple, end-to-end encrypted in transit, and scoped to your private CloudKit container.

We — Zen Mind Studio — do not operate, host, or have access to this container. We cannot view your synced records. To stop syncing, sign out of iCloud or disable iCloud for RepReady in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.

Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Data we do not have

Because RepReady has no backend, the following are physically impossible:

• We cannot recover your data if you uninstall the app and have iCloud disabled.
• We cannot transfer your data to a new device for you.
• We cannot answer "do you have my data?" with anything other than "no."

Children

RepReady is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how RepReady handles data — for example, by adding an optional service that requires sending data off device — we will update this page and bump the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be surfaced inside the app before they take effect.
